Hillsborough Bookshop is Sheffield’s independent children’s bookshop, based in Hillsborough S6. Although we are primarily a children’s bookshop, we stock a wide selection of adult books too!

Specialising in colourful, diverse and inclusive books, we are passionate about getting the whole family reading, and enjoying stories together.

You’ll be in good company in our shop - our staff are incredibly knowledgeable in the world of children’s literature, and will be delighted to help you find the perfect book for even the pickiest of readers.

We’ve got lots of books up our sleeves and there certainly is something for everyone - although the majority of our books are for children and young adults, we also stock a small selection of adult books, and we can order any book in for you, too!
